Thị trường trong nước xuất hiện một loại Magic SIM xuất xứ từ Trung Quốc. Đó thực chất là một khay nhựa có thể lắp hai thẻ SIM vào cùng lúc trên phần lớn điện thoại di động thông thường.


Magic SIM là một phụ kiện có hai khay lắp SIM cho điện thoại di động.

Trước đây trên thị trường cũng xuất hiện một loại Magic SIM của Trung Quốc. Loại này có thể copy 6 hoặc 16 số vào một phôi SIM. Tuy nhiên, thao tác copy số nói trên được thực hiện qua cổng USB nối với máy tính khá rườm rà và mất thời gian. Gần đây nhất, dân chơi trong nước cũng xôn xao về loại điện thoại "dual SIM" - có hai khe cắm thẻ SIM trong máy. Nhưng để sử dụng được hai SIM cùng lúc thì bạn cần mua hẳn chiếc máy khác, tốn kém tới gần 2 triệu đồng. Loại thẻ Magic SIM cũng của Trung Quốc cũng gép hai SIM trong một máy, nhưng phần lớn điện thoại di động thông thường đều dùng được. Hơn nữa, nếu tính về giá thành thì nó lại rẻ hơn điện thoại "dual SIM" tới hai chục lần. Một Magic SIM bán trên thị trường Hà Nội khoảng 100 nghìn đồng.


Cái hay của Magic SIM là chỉ cần lắp vào điện thoại là "tác chiến" được. Cấu tạo của nó là những vi mạch nhỏ, bọc trong lớp nhựa mỏng. Một mặt có chân tiếp xúc với khe lắp SIM trên máy điện thoại và thẻ SIM thứ nhất, một khay SIM khác được "nối cầu" bằng những sợi dẫn nhỏ. Khay lắp SIM thứ hai "lủng lẳng" bên ngoài.


Lắp pin lên rồi đặt khay SIM hai vào lưng pin.

Sau khi lắp SIM một đè trên mặt tiếp xúc của Magic SIM, bạn lắp pin đè lên. Chèn SIM tiếp theo vào khe đỡ của khay "lủng lẳng" rồi đặt khay SIM này áp sát vào lưng pin. Cài nắp sau điện thoại vào là xong.

Về nguyên tắc thì điện thoại di động nào cũng lắp được phụ kiện này. Tuy nhiên, ở nhiều loại nắp đậy phía sau khá kín nên khay SIM thứ hai sẽ cộm lên khiến không cài được nắp nữa. Thông thường, những máy có nắp đậy sau bằng nhựa hoặc có chút "khe hở" khoảng giữa pin với nắp đậy thì dễ lắm Magic SIM hơn.

Sử dụng

Khi bật điện thoại, bạn sẽ thấy xuất hiện thêm tệp Magic SIM trong Menu. Khi kích hoạt Menu này sẽ thấy hiện ra những tùy chọn nhỏ: SIM 1, SIM 2, Number Hide, Number Edit, 2 SIM Online, IP Call, Dual Mode và Language.

Khi dùng SIM một, thì SIM hai ở trạng thái tắt và ngược lại. Việc lựa chọn cũng không quá khó khăn. Bạn chỉ cần lựa SIM nào cần kích hoạt, rồi bấm OK.

Nếu đặt máy trong trạng thái hai SIM Online thì máy sẽ tự động chuyển lần lượt từ SIM một sang SIM hai và ngược lại với thời gian mặc định của nhà sản xuất là mỗi phút một lần. Người dùng cũng có thể cài thời gian chuyển theo ý mình, từ 2 phút trở lên hoặc hơn. Tuy nhiên, nếu đặt ở chế độ 2 SIM online thì pin hết khá nhnah và phần lịch sử cuộc gọi bị xóa sạch như như mỗi lần tháo lắp pin.

Trong tệp Dual Mode có hai chế độ: STK Mode và 007 Mode. Kích hoạt chế độ thứ hai thì tệp Magic SIM không xuất hiện trên màn hình. Muốn khôi phục tệp này, ấn 007, bấm OK, sau vài giây tệp Magic SIM này lại xuất hiện.
